DoubleBump is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, and we take proactive steps to prevent, detect, and respond to it in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards.
1. Our Standards
We strictly prohibit any content or behavior involving:
Child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) in any form
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated or synthetic depictions
Grooming — building trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse, exploitation, or trafficking
Sexualization of minors, including profiles, images, or descriptions that depict or imply a minor in a sexual context
Solicitation, trafficking, or sextortion involving minors
Any attempt to use DoubleBump to contact, meet, or exploit a minor
Using Radar or Chat to locate, identify, or contact a minor for any predatory purpose
2. Age Requirement
DoubleBump requires users to be at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 13 to create an account. Misrepresenting your age, or assisting an underage user in creating an account, is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in account termination.
3. Reporting Abuse
DoubleBump provides an in-app mechanism for reporting abusive users, content, or behavior:
Report from the AppOpen a user's profile, a chat conversation, or an encounter, tap Report, and select a reason — including "Child safety concern"
Block from the AppImmediately prevents further bumps, messages, Radar visibility, or profile visibility from that user
You can also report a concern directly to us by email at [email protected] with the subject "Child Safety Report". Please include as much detail as possible (username, nickname, or bump time) so we can investigate quickly.
4. How We Respond
Reports involving CSAE or CSAM are reviewed and actioned as our top priority
Accounts and content confirmed to violate these standards are removed immediately and permanently
Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities, in accordance with applicable law
We preserve evidence as required by law to support investigations
We cooperate with law enforcement and legal requests related to child safety
5. Designated Child Safety Point of Contact
DoubleBump has designated the following point of contact for child safety matters, including law enforcement and regulatory inquiries:
